I believe in sharing the wonders of nature through photography. Every image is captured with passion and care. Because I value transparency and customer satisfaction, I have put together a list of frequently asked questions for you.

 

How do the digital prints work?

Once you complete your purchase, the high-resolution file will be automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout, where you can easily download it. These files are perfect for printing out at home, taking to a local print shop, using as digital wallpapers, or for educational purposes!

 

What are the standard dimensions of the photos?

Landscape photos have a standard 2x3 aspect ratio (ideal for sizes like 20x30 cm or 30x45 cm).

Portrait photos are mainly available in 4x5 or 1x1 aspect ratios. If you need a specific custom size or ratio, just let me know!

 

Can I crop or resize the photos for framing?

You are welcome to crop or resize the digital files for personal use and framing, as long as they are not used for commercial purposes. Please keep in mind that depending on the frame size you choose, a small part of the outer edges of the photo may be lost in the process.

 

Can I request a custom photo, size, or aspect ratio?

Absolutely! Special requests are always welcome. If you have a specific photo in mind that isn't listed, or if you need a different aspect ratio, feel free to reach out via the contact page or email me directly at myrthevcaptures@gmail.com 

Where do you ship your products?

Currently, physical products and items like clothing are only available for shipping within Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Right now, I can’t ship to:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Crimea Region, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic
  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Palestine (Gaza Strip)
  • Syria

Can I return a product or print?

Terms of use

Because everything is made to order, returns are generally not possible unless there is damage or a manufacturing defect in the product or print. Digital products cannot be returned after purchasing.

If your order happens to arrive damaged or with a production defect, please let me know right away (please within 7 days of receipt), and I will gladly sort it out and take care of it for you!

Are all the photos and designs original?

Absolutely! All photos and designs are original creations by Myrthe Verhaegh. I guarantee originality and exclusivity in all my products. With certain items, I even include the actual photograph that inspired or belongs to the product design!

 

Are shipping costs and VAT included in the price?

VAT is already included in all product prices. For physical items, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the weight of your items.

And for digital downloads? Of course, those come with no shipping costs at all!
