Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page of MyrtheVcaptures. Read the most important rules and agreements regarding the use of my webshop, digital prints, and products here.
Copyright and User License
All photos on this webshop are taken by Myrthe Verhaegh and are protected by copyright. When purchasing a photo, you are purchasing a user license, not ownership rights.
You may use the purchased photo for:
- Home decoration (such as prints or canvas)
- Educational purposes (such as school assignments or presentations)
- Personal use (for example, as a background or on social media)
What is not allowed?
- Removing, editing or hiding the logo
- Reselling, commerically distributing, or using the photo for commercial products without written permission.
Myrthe Verhaegh remains the creator and copyright holder of the photos at all times. By purchasing a photo, you agree to these terms.
Privacy Policy
At MyrtheVcaptures, I value your privacy and the protection of your personal data. Below, I explain which data I collect, why I do so, and how I handle it.
What data do I collect?
When placing an order through my webshop, the following data is collected:
- First and last name
- Address details (for delivery)
- Email address (for communication and confirmation)
- payment information (processed by Mollie)
What do I use your data for?
Your personal data is used exclusively for:
- Processing and shipping your order
- Sending an order confirmation or contacting you if there are questions about your order
How is your data protected?
Your data is stored in a secure environment and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except when necessary for processing your order. For payments, I work with Mollie, a reliable and secure payment provider.
Processing by third parties
Your data is only shared with third parties necessary to process your order, such as:
- Mollie (for processing payments)
- Websites like Spreadshirt and Printify (to have your orde manufactured)
- A delivery service, if applicable (for shipping physical products)
These parties handle your data with care and in accordance with the law.
Retention period
Your data is kept as long as necessary for handling your order and complying with legal tax retention obligations (such as for the Dutch Tax Authorities).
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct, or have your personal data deleted. To do so, please contact me at: myrthevcaptures@gmail.com

Return Policy
Printed products (such as mugs, bags, clothing, etc.)
All physical products in my webshop are printed to order especially for you using my photos. This means that every product is custom-made. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible, unless:
- The product is damaged or delivered incorrectly
- There is a manufacturing or printing error
In that case, please contact me within 7 days of receipt via myrthevcaptures@gmail.com, preferably with a photo of the issue.
Digital downloads (such as prints or backgrounds)
The following applies to digital products:
- Once a download has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, as the print can still be used even after a refund.
